Missed the bus (always) for the 1st day/last day school pics replaced by a day of fun instead. Eatin’ sushi and cold stone creamery for epic ice cream. So proud of my stellar behaved honor roll boys. I had such a wonderful class today teaching Yoga Basics. The energy in the room felt expansive and cosmic. For some reason, everything finally felt more balanced and harmonious. I'm so deeply grateful that I am able to share this ancient practice with other beautiful radiant spirits.
